Paviténis is proud of having been the pioneer of the construction of traditional Clay Courts especially well known in European competitions.
This type of pavement allows a slower rebound of the ball associated with a smooth run for the player, that rises a comfortable play with less overhead in joints ankle and knee.
The accuracy of the developed technology associated with the selection of the finest materials, including the brick powder used has resulted in tennis courts with high quality and elegancy.
The execution of your Clay Court involves different steps:
- Compression of the land with drainage ditches;
- Box on coarse gravel;
- Layer of fine gravel;
- Layer of granulated brick;
- Brick Powder Layer.
This is a type of base more demanding in terms of maintenance, however, Paviténis technicians are always available to support and clarify any doubts on its proper maintenance.
As a result of this experience in its curriculum, Paviténis presents the construction of courts used in national and international tournaments such as the central court of the Estoril Open, Tennis Club Quinta da Beloura, Monsanto Tennis Club, Tennis Club from Vila Real de Santo António, among others.
